ドキュメンテーション(Documentation)：レースカー＃００ (Race Car#00)

子どもの遊びや、発見、作品を記録・展示することにより、子どもは遊びを再体験し、新たな発見や、さらなる学びを深めていくことが出来ます。 子どもが知識を得ることも大切ですが、“知ることの喜び”、“表現することの楽しさ”を、学んで欲しいと思います。

By documenting children’s play, discovery, and creations, children can revisit their experience, find something new, and construct deeper understandings. It is important for children to earn knowledge, but more importantly I hope that children learn delights in the “joy of knowing” and the “fun through expression.”

追伸：先日、この“レースカー”がパンクしてしまい、運が悪い事にタイヤ交換という結果に… 最初は、修理工の方も、『なにこれ？』って感じで“#00”を見てましたが、ドキュメンテーションを読まれて、キラーン♪

Additionally, recently our “Race Car” got flat tire, and we had to change the tire. So, we went to a garage. At first,  the repairmen were wondering what this “#00” was, but when they read the sign, the repairmen told us that this activity and documentation were the best parents’ support they’ve ever seen! I’m glad to hear it.
